Everything that happens during the healing session, is for your highest good.
During the online healing session, I will be channeling healing for the entire group / all participants.
Instructions: close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and feel yourself receiving the healing (set the intention: “I will receive healing now for my highest good“). Just relax, breathe and receive. If you need a point of focus on something, you could focus on repeating the mantra “I am receiving healing now”.
Everyone is muted during the whole session. There is no talking, no discussions, it’s about relaxing and receiving healing.
